Clay Corwin is the Founder and President of StoneCreek Company, a commercial real estate development, investment, and management firm headquartered in Orange County, California. Prior to his forming StoneCreek over 21 years ago, Clay held various senior management positions with KB Home, Triad America Corporation, and NEI. Clay began his professional career in Los Angeles with the Business and Real Estate Group of the Law Firm McCutchen, Black, Verleger & Shea.
Clay holds a J.D. from UC Berkeley (Boalt Hall), where he was Managing Editor of the California Law Review. He received his B.A. from UC Davis.
Active for many years in community affairs, Clay was a Founding Board Member and Chairman of Education for the Children (EFC), a non-profit public school foundation. Prior to his involvement with Lion’s Heart, he was also a Board Member and Treasurer of The Bell Tower Foundation, a regional community center in Orange County. Clay has been recognized by the Boys Scouts of America with their Man of Character Award; and by the EFC Foundation as a Distinguished Lifetime Advocate.
Clay lives in Laguna Beach with his wife, Terry. They have two sons, Spencer and Garrett.
