Glenn Llopis (pronounced ‘yo-pes) is the Chairman of the Glenn Llopis Group and Founder/CEO of Center for Hispanic Leadership – a nationally recognized thought-leadership, human capital, and business strategy consulting firm. He is the best-selling author of the book, Earning Serendipity and contributing writer to Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Huffington Post. Glenn was recently rated one of the Top 20 (out of more than 1,000) influential writers at Forbes.

The son of Cuban immigrants, Glenn is best known for promoting what he calls "the immigrant perspective on business leadership.” His writings, speaking engagements, and consulting assignments focus on business strategy & growth, leadership, Hispanic consumer engagement and talent development, marketing, personal branding, preparing for the cultural demographic shift, entrepreneurship, change management, turn-around operations.

Glenn’s thought leadership focuses on the idea that if people embrace the immigrant mentality, they will have a distinct advantage in business by being able to see and seize previously unseen opportunities, and opportunities others don’t see at all. Llopis’ research has identified six inherent characteristics that define this immigrant mentality which have been featured in the Harvard Business Review.

A UCLA graduate, Glenn fast-tracked at the Gallo Wine Company and Sunkist Juice Beverages where he became the youngest executive in the company's 100-year history. Leading the successful turnaround of Sunkist's juice beverage division opened the door for his next endeavor – at only 30 years old – as a senior executive at American Seafoods Company. The result was an increase in market share, new brands introductions, and a full-scale transformation of the company.

A consultant, executive coach and keynote speaker amongst Fortune 500s Glenn is a member of the Kellogg Innovation Network and serves on the advisory board of the Society and Business Lab at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Additionally, he is a mentor for Junior Achievement and a regular Renaissance Weekend (think-tank) participant. Glenn is frequently featured as a business leadership expert on CNN, Fox News, Univision, ABC, NBC and CBS.
