01/17/2020 5:15P‑10:00P I volunteered at my school’s orchestra concert at Soka Performing Arts Center. I was an usher at a door and handed out programs to the audience. I was also available when parents needed assistance located facilities in the building. Being a member of orchestra myself, I wished the performers and experience that was stress free and without issue. My goal was to make my community proud by setting a 4.75
11/02/2019 2:15P‑5:15P I was a youth referee for AYSO and refereed for boys under 10. I made sure they were playing safe soccer and developing their skills. This is important to me because I grew up playing soccer and I hope they enjoy the sport as much as I do. I support the idea that all kids should be able to participate in a sport and learn to maintain a healthy lifestyle. 3.00

10/05/2019 4:45P‑6:15P I was a youth referee for a U10 boys, AYSO soccer game. I made sure the kids were playing fair, safe soccer and having fun. This event is important to me because I started playing soccer at AYSO and remember all the good friends and memories I have made. I want the other boys to experience the same joy I did and to keep playing soccer. These games are not so much about winning, but developing into 1.50

08/17/2019 1:00P‑4:00P I volunteered at La Paz Intermediate School and helped check and organize new textbooks in the library. Helping at schools is important to me because having a good education is the base for one's life and beyond. It was exciting knowing that my impact would make young students enjoy school in the following years. 3.00
08/04/2019 5:15A‑11:30A I helped unpack and distribute medals, worked at registration, and aided in cleanup at the OC Fair 5k. I was able to experience all the work and effort needed to organize such a large event and the large number of people and volunteers required for the event to be successful. This event was important to me because I want to promote good health and I wanted to make the runner's experience as smooth 6.25
07/27/2019 9:00A‑12:00P I aided in the back to school event by helping pack backpacks with school supplies and lunch bags with snacks. I personally packed around 30 bags. Education is very important and having the necessary supplies is a must. I feel that all kids deserve a chance to do well in school and no one should be hungry, especially at a young age. 3.00
